Meet Roxane
Since 2004, I’ve have the opportunity of being involved with multiple start-up businesses which has given me the special advantage of thoroughly understanding what goes into running a business and the day-to-day operations, putting me on both sides of the accounting cycle. Using that knowledge, I’m able to generate accurate and detailed accounting records with an emphasis on tax-saving strategies.
I’ve also worked in two CPA firms but never liked the feeling of being an outsider simply putting the numbers together. I prefer to be a part of your team, helping you achieve your business goals.
I have my Bachelors in Accounting with a Business Admin minor and a Masters in Management with an Accounting Specialization, from the University of Maryland.
I also work for Intuit at Quickbooks Live leading a team of bookkeepers.

QuickBooks Payroll Set Up
As a certified Intuit Payroll ProAdvisor, I can assist you with setting up your QuickBooks Payroll. If you're switching from another payroll provider, I can help ensure everything is set up properly prior to your first payroll run.
1099 Forms
Need help with 1099 forms? I can issue them for you, send them to you or mail them on your behalf, and efile your copy to the IRS.

I offer an affordable rate of $50 per hour
Flat Rate
If you prefer a monthly flat rate, pricing is based on your average monthly expenses over the prior 3 months:
Up to $10k - $200 per month
$10k to $50k - $300 per month
Over $50k - $400 per month
FAQs
What software is required?
The preferred software is QuickBooks Online as I'll have secure access to your books when you add me as an accountant user.
QuickBooks Desktop is also an option however we'll need to set up remote access and you'll need a subscription which allows multiple users.
If you do not yet have QuickBooks, I can get you set up with a 30% discount!
